See these performances every Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 9pm and every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. Throughout the summer, there’s few times you can listen to music from 1pm to 4pm on Saturdays and 6pm to 9pm on Sundays. Be sure to stop in and check their schedule for specific artist dates. Whether you drive out by car or take the boat for a cruise and park at their newly renovated marina docks, there are options for everyone. Enjoy some drinks and tasty food from the On Point Burger Co.
The Wharf - located in Crosslake, features live music on the lake every other Thursday and Sunday during the summer months entertaining both vacationers and locals. Emily Hammer plays from 12pm to 3pm on Thursdays, while Seth Doud plays from 2pm to 5pm on Sundays. The music goes out over the water like a beacon, luring boaters to stop in for a bite, enjoy some music and top off with fuel before returning to their water hobbies.
Jack Pine Brewery - located in Baxter, has shows every Friday from 6pm to 9pm where you can watch the numerous upcoming artists, with alternating Saturdays added at the same times. For July 4th weekend on Saturday and Sunday they will be hosting additional artists from 1pm to 4pm. The regular 6pm to 9pm performances are still scheduled, so be sure to check those dates periodically. Enjoy the show with one of their many featured tap beers that are brewed locally, while enjoying the beats and strings.
Take a trip over to the Crosby Memorial Park every second and fourth Thursday in June, July and August on the shores of Serpent Lake to enjoy a free community concert. They feature local artists and food vendors, along with hosts from local businesses to speak about their services and what they have to offer. Bring the kiddos along as they can play at the Project Play Playground which is located steps away from the music. So grab your family and your lawn chairs and go have some fun! This is great for parents with free time from 5pm to 8pm, as all that fresh air and fun will have the kids tuckered out and ready for bed, letting you wind down for the evening.
With the entire Lakes Area and the surrounding communities hosting outdoor music events, you are sure to land in a local setting and have the tunes later turned to tents for that modern Up-North experience. So get outdoors and let the music do the rest!
